Tyme Ferris

Tyme Ferris is the Founder and CEO of Pantheon Collective, a vertically integrated platform bridging adult-use cannabis, industrial hemp, and community-rooted innovation. With nearly two decades of experience in the cannabis industry, Ferris has served as Director of Operations and strategic consultant for some of the most recognized cannabis brands in the U.S., leading licensing efforts and acquisitions for nine companies across states including Colorado, California, Vermont, and Massachusetts.

He contributed to regulatory conversations during Colorado’s early medical cannabis expansion, supported advocacy efforts around Amendment 64, and served as a cannabis liaison to the Boulder Marijuana Enforcement Division. He was formerly the Chair for the Mohawk Valley Region of the Cannabis Association of New York (CANY).

Before entering cannabis, Ferris helped lead U.S. expansion for global fashion brands such as Diesel, H&M, and Guess?. Today, Pantheon Collective is more than a business—it’s his personal mission: a vehicle for equity, sustainability, and transformation in the cannabis and hemp industries. As a queer founder and lifelong advocate, Ferris is committed to building an industry rooted in justice, transparency, and lasting impact.

Samantha Nobile

Co-Founder / CCO

Samantha Nobile brings a unique combination of expertise in navigating highly regulated environments and driving operational efficiency. With extensive experience in the surgical suite, she honed her skills in maintaining strict adherence to protocols and optimizing workflows in high-pressure settings.

In the cannabis and industrial hemp industries, Samantha leverages her disciplined approach to ensure compliance with New York’s complex regulatory frameworks. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Business of Cannabis program, she specializes in creating efficient compliance systems that uphold the highest standards of integrity. She plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Pantheon Collective’s operations, blending precision and innovation to address the complexities of this dynamic industry.

As Co-Founder of Pantheon Collective Samantha has played a key part in helping shape the company and looks forward to continuing to use her love for evidence-based practice to help us continue our mission.

Heather Allman

Co-Founder / CMO

Heather Allman brings more than two decades of experience across higher education, writing, public speaking, cannabis media, and plant-focused advocacy.

After earning her Master of Arts, she served for 13 years as a Faculty Instructor at the University of West Florida, teaching Professional Writing, Public Speaking, and Communication Arts until 2010, when she received her M.S. diagnosis.

Most recently, Heather worked as Features Editor for Cannabis Law Report and Executive Producer of the Karma Koala Podcast on Spotify, where she helped shape long-form cannabis conversations at the intersection of law, culture, policy, and plant education. She has interviewed influential cannabis and cultural voices including Tommy Chong, 9th Prince of Wu-Tang Clan, Niambe Tosh, and Fab 5 Freddy of Grass Is Greener and Yo! MTV Raps.

Heather advocates for accessibility, equity, and stronger research around the cannabis plant. She was a member of the former National Association of Cannabis Businesses and contributed to its 2022 National Sustainability Standards. She also worked as a global CBD Brand Reviewer for Israeli-based CBD watchdog company Leaf Report, bringing a research-driven and communication-focused lens to Pantheon Collective’s mission.

John Le Roy

Co-Founder / CIO

As a seasoned information technology leader with over two decades of experience, John LeRoy specializes in consulting business leaders on implementing positive technology changes within their organizations.

Throughout his career, he has advised some of America’s largest healthcare companies and played a key role in numerous multimillion-dollar acquisitions. Beyond information technology leadership, John is passionate about using technology to create a fairer and more equitable society. An avid traveler and devoted husband and father, he is always seeking out new cultures, experiences, and opportunities that inspire innovative solutions.

Looking ahead, he aims to leverage his skills and passions to drive state-of-the-art technologies in the adult-use cannabis industry, freeing teams to focus more on product development and exceptional customer service.

Mike Mills

Mike Mills is a dedicated cannabis extraction specialist and chef with a profound passion for teaching others about the benefits and intricacies of cannabis. With extensive knowledge in the field, Mike is committed to changing the stigma surrounding cannabis through education and hands-on experience. His journey began in the kitchen, where he developed a love for cooking and experimenting with flavors.

Over the years, he transitioned into the world of cannabis, where he discovered the art of extraction and the science behind creating potent, flavorful concentrates. He believes in the power of cannabis to enhance lives and is eager to share his expertise with others. Whether exploring new culinary creations or delving into the science of extraction, Mike's mission is to foster understanding and appreciation for this remarkable plant.

Andrew Shipman

Asst. Cultivation Mngr.

Andrew brings nearly two decades of cannabis cultivation experience to our team. Growing up on local farms, he developed a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic that shaped his approach to cultivation. Over the years, he has specialized in plant genetics, cloning, and optimizing growing techniques to produce consistent, high-quality yields.

With extensive experience experimenting with various lighting systems, nutrients, and soil types, Andrew continuously refines his methods to achieve optimal results. His mechanical skills further enhance his ability to maintain and troubleshoot cultivation equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Andrew is excited to bring his expertise to the legal cannabis and hemp industries, supporting our mission of sustainable and innovative production.
